Mail Club Members
Sticky & Mellow Mail Club shipments operate differently from our regular store orders.
Mail Club letters are shipped using standard stamped mail and do not include tracking.
United States
Most Mail Club letters arrive within 1–8 business days after the monthly drop-off date.
If your letter has not arrived within 30 days of the monthly drop-off date, please contact us at updates@stickyandmellow.com.
Replacement requests may be submitted beginning 30 days after the drop-off date.
International Orders
International Mail Club letters are shipped using international postage stamps and do not include tracking.
Most letters arrive within 2–4 weeks after the monthly drop-off date, though delivery times may vary significantly depending on local postal services.
If your letter has not arrived within 60 days of the monthly drop-off date, please contact us at updates@stickyandmellow.com.
Replacement requests may be submitted beginning 60 days after the drop-off date.
Postal Service Reliability
International delivery times are heavily influenced by your country's postal system.
While most deliveries arrive successfully, delivery cannot be guaranteed in countries with unreliable or inconsistent postal infrastructure.

Processing Time
All regular store orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase.
During launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Preorders
Preorder items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 months.
We will notify customers via email if estimated preorder timelines change.
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Please contact your local customs office or postal service for information regarding potential fees before placing your order.
International package shipments typically arrive within 7–20 business days after processing, though customs inspections and local postal services may cause additional delays.
Tracking Your Order
Regular store orders include tracking information.
Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note that Mail Club letters do not include tracking and follow the separate Mail Club Policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sticky & Mellow is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Postal carrier delays
- Customs processing
- International transit delays
- Supply chain disruptions
- Other circumstances outside of our control
