Mailing Method

All Sticky & Mellow Mail Club letters are shipped using standard stamped letter mail.

Because letters are sent without tracking, delivery times may vary depending on postal conditions, holidays, weather, and your local mail service.

United States

Most letters arrive within 1–8 business days, however occasional delays can occur.

If you have not received your letter within 30 days from the monthly drop-off date, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Replacement letters are available after 30 days from the drop-off date.

  • Letter dropped off: July 5
  • Typical arrival: July 6 – July 13
  • If not received by: August 5

Please contact us if your letter has not arrived by August 5. Replacement requests may be submitted beginning August 5.

International 

International Mail Club letters are shipped using international postage stamps.

Most international letters arrive within 2–4 weeks, however delivery times can occasionally be longer.

International delivery speed is heavily influenced by your country's postal service and customs processing times.

If you have not received your letter within 60 days from the monthly drop-off date, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Replacement letters are available after 60 days from the drop-off date.

Please note that delivery cannot be guaranteed for countries with unreliable or inconsistent postal systems.

Please contact us if your letter has not arrived by September 5. Replacement requests may be submitted beginning September 5.

Sticky & Mellow is a collectible experience. Themes, artwork, stories, characters, collectibles, inserts, and bonus items may change from month to month.

Because each monthly release is unique, we cannot guarantee that specific items, item quantities, formats, or collectibles will repeat in future mailings.

Part of the fun is discovering what arrives each month.

Monthly Mailing Schedule

The Sticky & Mellow Mail Club operates on a monthly production schedule.

All memberships are grouped into monthly batches and mailed on the 5th of each month.

Cutoff Time

11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on the 4th of each month.

Equivalent UTC/GMT time:

04:59 UTC / GMT on the 5th of each month (during Eastern Standard Time)
