How to Cancel Your Mail Club Subscription

You can cancel your Sticky & Mellow Mail Club subscription at any time through your customer account on our website.

Cancel on Desktop

  1. Go to the stickyandmellow.com  website 
  2. Click the account/profile icon at the top right of the page.
  3. Log in using the email address connected to your subscription.
  4. Go to your customer portal page.
  5. Select your Mail Club subscription.
  6. Click “Edit Subscription.”
  7. Choose “Cancel Subscription” or "Pause Subscription" at the top right corner
  8. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Cancel on Phone

  1. Open the stickyandmellow.com  website on your phone 
  2. Tap the Three bar menu icon 
  3. Tap account/profile icon or tap login.
  4. Log in using the email address connected to your subscription.
  5. Go to your customer portal page.
  6. Tap your Mail Club subscription.
  7. Select “Edit Subscription.”
  8. Tap “Cancel Subscription” or "Pause Subscription" at the top of the page.
  9. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Please make sure your cancellation is completed before your next renewal date. If your subscription has already renewed, that month’s letter may still be included in the upcoming mail drop.
